Metal bond precision diamond grinding wheel has the advantages of high hardness and good abrasive holding power.
The good grinding performance of the grinding wheel, the material of the workpiece, the precise processing equipment and the appropriate processing technology are all important factors for precision grinding. Tests have shown that the size of the abrasive particles is the main factor affecting the surface quality of the workpiece, followed by the grinding wheel speed and feed rate.
